This policy explains how IYSA handles information when you visit iysa.org or contact us.
Information from your visit
IYSA is a reading site. You do not need an account to use it. We do not provide user profiles, comment forms, shopping carts, or a newsletter sign-up.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser information, the page requested, and the time of a request. Its handling of that information is described in the Vercel privacy policy.
Cookies and page services
We do not add advertising cookies or an audience analytics service to these pages. The site uses the AMP framework, which loads page software from Google's AMP CDN. A request to that service includes technical information needed to deliver the software. If you view a cached copy through another service, that service's privacy terms also apply.
When you contact us
Our contact address is support@iysa.org. If you email us, your message may include your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share. Do not send payment details or other sensitive information. We use correspondence to address the request and keep it only as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation.
Links to other websites
Articles link to manufacturers, shops, and other useful resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Visiting a link does not mean that IYSA controls how the destination handles your information.
Editorial identity and assistance
Alex Mercer is IYSA's editorial pen name. The profile portrait is an illustration of that editorial identity. AI tools assist with writing and artwork. Product comparisons draw on published specifications and user reports; the byline does not imply personal ownership or hands-on testing.
Product illustrations are identified where used. They should not be treated as exact photographs of the products.
Commercial links
The site may use affiliate links in the future. If a link can earn IYSA a commission, we will identify that relationship near the recommendation. You do not pay an added fee because of an affiliate link. A link to a shop alone does not mean that an affiliate relationship exists.
Your privacy choices
You can control cookies and related storage through your browser. Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion. Send requests concerning information you have provided to IYSA to support@iysa.org. We may need enough information to verify and respond to your request.
Children and updates
IYSA is written for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information. We may update this policy as the site's services change; the date above shows the latest revision.
